DELIVERY
My aim is to ship your order as soon as possible.
Originals - please allow 3 business for me to prepare your piece for safe shipping.
Canvas prints - Please allow 10-14 days for your print to be hand made and sent to our bespoke framers for finishing.
Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.

QUALITY
All prints are exceptional quality and hand produced using premium (Daguerre) fine art quality canvas (400gsm)
RETURNS
Original artworks can be returned (insured) providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging.
Prints are made to order in your chosen size (and frame) therefore not returnable.
In the unlikely event your print arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage including the packaging and I will arrange a replacement for you.
No returns on sale/discounted items.
PACKAGING
All framed prints are wrapped in bespoke tissue paper, with layers of protective packaging before being boxed.
Corners are protected and the package is marked fragile so that they arrive in pristine condition ready for you to hang.
Original artwork is packaged in the same way as framed prints but also includes a certificate of authenticity.
